Pr Rubino also offers a solution for small diameter rollers: Easywhale toothed guides. They are an evolution of the traditional trapezoidal guides and are perfectly interchangeable with them. Our unique technology can be used to work below 30 mm diameter and can be applied on rollers up to 12 mm in the DTV10 version. They are used for the centring of conveyor belts and are applied by a welding process on the underside, in direct contact with the polyester fabric.
